Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants. Develops treatment plans and provides treatment consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels. Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc. Physical Therapist Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Licensed as required by State. CPR certification.
