A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Arlington, TN. This contract position spans the current school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in student communication development and educational success. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' specific speech and language needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to promote effective communication strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet educational goals. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid state license. Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school environment. Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders. Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
