Full--Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
to join our Home Health team and provide in-home therapy services across Ormond Beach and the surrounding counties.
In this meaningful clinical role, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. If you’re an experienced PTA with a passion for one-on-one care and helping others heal at home, this is your chance to make a lasting impact—every visit, every day.
What You’ll Do
Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Carry out treatment protocols that support mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery.
Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the PT or Case Manager.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
Assist with educating patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
What You Bring
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license in the state of Virginia (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable physical therapy experience (required)
Previous home health experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
