Family Nurse Practitioner role at MainStreet Family Care in Live Oak, FL. Full-time position providing urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine with a focus on patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Applicants, including new graduates, will receive on-site HQ orientation and ongoing training and support to grow into the role. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Perform minor procedures (toe nail removal, foreign object removal, etc.) Suturing Splinting General orthopedic evaluations/management Review x-rays (over-read by Radiologist) General dermatology and eye problems management General EKG interpretations Emergency management skills General GYN care Treat children of all ages Occupational medicine and telemedicine Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday – Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Rotating schedule with every other weekend Qualifications
Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required MSN or higher; new graduates welcome DOT certification or willingness to obtain (cost covered) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred Compensation and Benefits
