CSO is seeking a Relief Clinical Supervisor for our Northampton clinic. This role provides clinical and administrative supervision for staff and interns, delivers direct treatment services to individuals, families, and groups, and participates as an active member of our agency management team. The position primarily covers evenings (Monday–Friday, typically 5 PM–8 PM) with weekend coverage (Saturday and/or Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM). Responsibilities
Provide clinical and administrative oversight for clinicians. Provide clinic coverage. Coordinate with supervisor to ensure same-day and urgent care access for clients and support transitions of care. Provide emergency backup for cases of clinicians. Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate. Provide psychosocial assessments for clients. Maintain an individual caseload as determined by the Program Director; provide professional behavioral health therapy, crisis intervention, and related services for clients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports. Perform at a predetermined level of productivity. Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and other required meetings as appropriate. Attend staff and Agency Management meetings as directed. Acknowledge and support the agency philosophy of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, responsive, high-quality service in a timely manner to staff and external partners. Your Background
Clinical Master’s degree with three years of experience treating adults and families Three years of supervisory experience (preferred) Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
