Lifespan: A Center for Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated therapist to join our growing team in our beautifully remodeled Westlake Village office, serving Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. As our client base expands, we are excited to welcome a new therapist to help meet the increasing demand for both in-person and virtual services.

Our office officially opened in 2022. Our core team has a long-standing history of collaboration, and we are committed to providing exceptional, individualized mental health care using up-to-date, research-based approaches.

Your Role & Responsibilities As a Psychotherapist at Lifespan, you will:

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse clientele.

Complete progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain all client documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Actively participate in case conferences and peer consultation groups as needed.

Stay current with legal and ethical standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, and professional boundaries.

Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess:

A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

A current and active California license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist is preferred; Associate-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Proven experience providing psychotherapy to a range of clientele.

Experience working with children and/or adolescents is a significant plus, though not required.

Current professional liability insurance.

Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
