Responsibilities
Lead and direct pharmacy staff (staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians) and manage, oversee and operate all aspects within the pharmacy
Maintain patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability and loss prevention
Keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs
Lead with heart, motivate and develop staff, identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
Adapt to change, collaborate, and align others around purpose
Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride
Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacy License in state of employment
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
Listed as pharmacist in charge on the state license
Submission of required PMP info to register for PMP access (where applicable)
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range $65.00 - $82.00
