Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy. Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students overall academic and social development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapies provided. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
