seeking a dynamic, talented, and fun-loving ABA therapist

to join our pediatric-focused ABA Clinic. RBT/BT's Responsibilities: Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format. Accurately implement skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans. Maintain precise client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc. Accurately collect data specific to the client's Behavior Support Plan & Skill Acquisition Programming. Maintain detailed records of client progress and services performed. Complete timely and thorough session notes as expected. Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client. Collaborate with professionals on the client's treatment team as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc. Participate in initial and ongoing staff trainings as assigned, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement. Report changes in client condition to supervisor. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (toileting, feeding, hygiene, etc.), when needed. Actively participate in supervision with the BCBA. Participate in both individual and group supervision. Function and/or provide services with an awareness, sensitivity, and understanding of cultural differences, similarities, and abilities. Provide high quality customer service. Qualifications/Requirements: High school Diploma or higher education. Experience working with children (required). Previous ABA experience (preferred). Previous in-home and/or clinic-based experience (preferred). About Us:
