Develop and execute tailored success plans for each customer, aligned with their business goals and KPIs Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress, identify growth opportunities, and reinforce value Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to identify risks and opportunities before they arise Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations Drive product adoption and expansion through education, enablement, and strategic guidance What is Required (Qualifications)

3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a SaaS or tech environment Proven track record of proactive customer engagement and strategic account growth Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable insights Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
