We are recruiting on behalf of a leading general contractor for a Scheduler to support the delivery of a high-profile data centre project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring a complex project schedule of up to 10,000+ line items, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on time and in accordance with the client’s requirements. This role demands strong technical knowledge of data hall equipment and systems and proven experience scheduling large-scale, high-value construction projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update the master construction schedule using [specify software, e.g., Primavera P6/MS Project]. Break down the project scope into detailed work packages covering up to 10,000+ activities. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to capture accurate schedule inputs. Track progress and identify risks, delays, and critical path impacts. Provide regular schedule updates, reports, and forecasts to the project leadership team. Assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Ensure alignment between the construction sequence and the procurement/delivery of equipment, particularly within the data hall. Maintain accurate as-built records for project closeout and client handover. Requirements

Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly preferred). Strong working knowledge of data hall equipment (e.g., CRAC units, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, racks). Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project – confirm required tool. Ability to manage and monitor highly detailed schedules with 10,000+ activities. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Preferred

Previous experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data centre projects. Knowledge of MEP systems and their installation sequencing in data halls. Relevant project management or scheduling certifications (e.g., PMI-SP). Seniority level
