CACI has an opportunity for a COMSEC Manager (daytime M-F) in Ashburn, VA, providing logistics support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on the Warehouse and Logistics Management Services contract to help sustain and secure the networks used by warfighters. Responsibilities
Responsible for providing communications security (COMSEC) services, potentially COMSEC responsible officer (CRO) or alternate responsible officer (ACRO) and manages other COMSEC personnel. Manages COMSEC accounts, as well as perform audits and train personnel in COMSEC procedures and the use of related equipment. Applies and has a strong understanding of COMSEC accountability as well as knowledge of the procedures required for the issue and receipt of COMSEC equipment and materials to include inventory, handling, storage, packing, shipment, and administration of all cryptographic materials. Provide onsite administrative support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) for deployment and tracking of cryptographic equipment used on the Defense Information System Network (DISN) worldwide. Respond to technical issues from DISA and field service personnel. Responsible for effective procurement, managing inventory, controlling, storing, safeguarding, and issuing COMSEC keying material and CCI equipment in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) policy. Ensure CCI equipment is configured prior to shipment, and review tracking of all communications security hardware and software delivered to customer locations. Serve as Alternate COMSEC Custodian, to assist in the absence of other custodians. Order keying material for the customer worldwide. Be familiar with USTRANSCOM Defense Courier Division and how to ship and receive equipment with them. Be familiar with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and complete the necessary documentation for export control. Ensure delivery metrics meet or exceed contractual requirements. Qualifications
Required Final Top Secret clearance. BA/BS degree; Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or Cybersecurity preferred. 10 years of experience; 5 years of experience in duties above may be substituted for education. At least three 3 years of experience with COMSEC policies and procedures. Security+ certification Completion of NSA COMSEC Custodian Training within 30 days of hire. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team are essential. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (more in some cases); reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, bend, or crouch. Desired Van/Lightweight truck driving experience/certification Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint experience What You Can Expect
