Support the iterative business planning process Plan and track execution while maintaining profitable engagement with stakeholders; coordinate project milestones with all project collaborator groups Define, plan, document and review project scope Understand and translate cross-team dependencies into actionable plans Identify and secure resources required to complete the plan; monitor resource utilization and staffing Ensure delivered products meet defined business requirements and are of high quality Identify and manage risks; plan effective risk mitigation Lead and define the change management process for projects Define and lead financial management for the project, with the ability to track actuals against milestones Track projects against approved budgets and report on forecasts and variances Provide periodic progress reports and create dashboards or decks to keep sponsors and executives informed Lead through effective team management; resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with multiple partners to meet objectives Build a communications strategy and execution plan for the project Align risk and control processes to monitor and mitigate risk NOTE:

Minimum 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success

5+ years as a project manager with Infrastructure delivery project experience Ability to manage 1 to 3 projects simultaneously through structured execution and routines Experience managing project accounting and artifacts including status, project plans Excellent project routine facilitation and skills Ability to complete a project with key business outcomes while supporting agile delivery processes About Us
