As Superintendent, you’ll be the heartbeat of our plant, ensuring safety-first operations, cost-effective production, and on-time delivery that exceeds customer expectations. You’ll champion a culture of respect, inclusion, and innovation, while aligning every action with our KOI Objectives and Principles of Conduct and Action.

What’s the job? The Superintendent is accountable to manage and ensure efficient operation of the following areas to meet and exceed KOI Objectives:

Blending Department, Production Department, Circular Economy Activities

and

Production Scheduling

management. The incumbent’s top priority of accountability is for the health and safety of their direct and indirect reports. Functionally, the incumbent will determine and implement the most cost-effective means of producing product while meeting customer expectations through quality and on time delivery without compromise of safety policy and procedures. The incumbent champions a safe working environment and actively engages with employees in a respectful and supportive manner to drive employee commitment and productivity. Promotes diversity in the workforce, adheres to the company’s core values through our Principles of Conduct and Action, in all areas throughout the plant. The candidate must correct or report violations or conditions through appropriate channels of resolution. This position may be assigned additional diverse duties and activities.

What do you bring?

Education – Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical Engineering

Manufacturing Leadership/Supervision experience required (5 years required)

Knowledge of Six Sigma Black Belt, SPC, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, OSHA standards

Administer company policies and 5S standards

Ability to develop team of supervisors, provide feedback, coaching and guidance

Promote and manage continuous improvement projects

Engineering and maintenance knowledge of equipment and processes to ensure efficiencies within operation

Engaging team member of the plant leadership team
