This role is expected to enhance the partnership with all HCA stakeholders in order to achieve the company’s long-term objectives. What You Will Do
Accountable for the generation and timely delivery of reports and in-depth analysis for internal executives and external stakeholders. Prepare detailed bi-weekly P&L variance analysis and reports. Support communication, inquiries, alignment, and coordination efforts between HCA departments and external HCA stakeholders. Lead initiatives to automate and improve HCA’s reporting and financial analytics capabilities. Manage corporate and department KPIs and prepare internal and external reports providing performance updates, analytics to ensure alignment with all stakeholders. Support annual business plan process. Coordinate gathering and developing in-depth summary of all operations metrics as well as company-wide strategic initiatives. Lead business assumption alignment effort with each HCA stakeholders. What You Will Bring
Minimum 5 - 7 years of financial experience with financial modeling, data extraction, manipulation and presenting results of product and portfolio profitability. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. Experience in auto finance, mortgage, credit card or banking organization preferred. Bilingual in both English / Korean a plus Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline. MBA a plus. Working knowledge and understanding all aspects of monthly financial statements. Proven ability to articulate and work on abstract problems across functional areas of a growing and changing business. Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment. Ability to collaborate across functions, divisions, and business groups. Knowledge of financial reporting and planning systems and processes. General accounting knowledge and understanding of business, accounting, and financial planning processes. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills balanced with strong execution skills Intermediate to advanced querying skills using SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. Ability to extract, analyze and draw insight from data in enterprise databases. Excellent presentation, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal operations and external parties. Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity, and good judgment Forward thinking with business acumen and strategic thinking. Work Environment Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
