This role focuses on both financial and schedule performance of a program, contributing to Integrated Cost & Schedule management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS). You will be a subject-matter expert for scheduling using current scheduling software (MS Project Online) and will contribute to continuous improvements within the Integrated Cost & Schedule Group EVMS system. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated master/sub-project schedules with proper schedule logic. Consolidate cost and schedule data to analyze program performance and identify significant variances. Develop ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify financial trends and improve program execution. Coordinate work activities with project team members, progress schedules, and resolve schedule conflicts. Analyze major Program Events and key milestones; interpret performance data for monthly reporting. Collaborate with the Program Manager and Finance to ensure cost management policies are followed. Communicate potential cost and/or schedule impacts to control account/program managers and team leads. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or a related field and 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent experience (e.g., leading complex development projects, applying schedule assessment standards, producing analytical schedule reports). Knowledge in cost management and scheduling concepts; experience with MS Project and earned value management (EVM) techniques is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to travel domestically and internationally – approximately 5%. What’s in it for you?

Base pay range : $70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Salary Range Transparency : Torrance, CA $70,000.00–$110,000.00 Annually Salary Range Disclaimer : The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on location, experience, and performance. The range listed is part of Moog's total compensation package and may include bonuses, stock purchase plans, time off, and region-specific benefits. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
