Job Description
Create, verify, and send outgoing certifications
Receive, verify, enter, and file incoming certifications
Review BOLs to confirm certifications were shipped
Communicate work orders with internal and external testing sources
Verify material prior to shipment
Enter chemistries and physical test results into online system
Enter mill claims and maintains records
Create corrective action requests and maintains corrective action system
Enter data into multiple quality systems
Create, edit, and maintain quality assurance systems documentation
Maintain customer specification and drawing files and database
Respond to internal and external customer requests
Assist with quality audits
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr
Qualifications
Associate Degree in related field
1+ years of related experience
Knowledge of basic computer applications, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of steel industry and various products
Knowledge of computerized document control
Ability to problem solve and organize
Skilled in customer service
