Source through qualified resumes to ensure candidates\' skill sets match career ambitions and requirements Vet candidates to ensure proper fit for clients\' hiring needs Run the full life cycle recruiting process Aid in the mentorship and growth of other Technical Recruiters Attend industry networking events and technology meetups to expand and leverage your network Properly document conversations and activity within SHC Federal\'s Applicant Tracking System Exceed leadership expectations to progress on the career path options Create long-term relationships with candidates and clients to build loyal partnerships Multitask daily with confidence and ownership in decision making Provide A-Player referrals for potential hires at Summit Human Capital Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the federal staffing space with the DoD and Intelligence Community Excellent organization and documentation skills Positive mindset and high sense of urgency Willingness to learn and be challenged Team-oriented mentality and results-driven attitude Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (ideally with a degree in business or human resources) Additional information
