Hospitality Manager at Calcareous Vineyard Calcareous Vineyard, established by Lloyd Messer and Dana Brown, is located atop a limestone plateau on Paso Robles’ west side. Covering 442 acres, the vineyard produces world-class Rhône and Bordeaux wines that are celebrated for their unique sense of place. Guests can enjoy panoramic views, daily wine tasting reservations, and a seasonal menu of artisan lunch items. Calcareous also offers private tasting experiences throughout the year, providing an intimate look at the vineyard's operations.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tasting Room Manager at Calcareous Vineyard in Paso Robles, CA. The Tasting Room Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the tasting room, including managing wine sales, conducting wine education sessions, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and hosting wine tasting events. The role will require coordination with different teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintenance of high standards in wine presentation and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Wine Sales and Wine Tasting skills

Expertise in Wine Education and Customer Service

Experience in Inventory Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work on-site in Paso Robles, CA

Previous experience in the wine industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field is desirable
