The Operations Manager reports to the DAPL Sr Manager of Operations, overseeing the DAPL gathering system and facilities, staffing, and collaborating with the Well Connect E&C Group on major projects. Responsibilities include supervising skilled trades and pipeline technical employees, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct pipeline and LACT facility operations, ensuring safety and compliance. Be on-call 24/7 for emergencies and operational support. Establish and track team goals and performance. Manage budgets and assist in developing operational budgets. Ensure resources and information are available for effective decision-making. Act as the primary contact for customers, landowners, and the public, addressing issues promptly. Enforce company policies and maintain operational standards. Conduct personnel reviews, and oversee employee development and career planning. Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of eight years in pipeline operation, maintenance, and administration. Excellent communication skills. Valid driver’s license required. Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of North Dakota and Federal EPA regulations, including SPCC plans. Proficiency in ICS Command and emergency response. Proficient in Microsoft Office and company-specific programs. Working Conditions:

Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent driving, walking, and standing. Exposure to weather, chemicals, and industrial environments with PPE requirements. Possible overnight travel. Additional Details:
