Sales & Project Management Specialist - Rhode Island ($85K + incentive bonus!) A fast-growing manufacturing company located in Rhode Island is seeking a Sales & Project Management Specialist to play a key role in driving commercial success and operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives that support customer engagement, new product introductions, and process improvements across our commercial function. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage customer relationships, coordinate new business opportunities, and refine pricing and project workflows. Support and strengthen customer relationships through data-driven operations Manage the introduction of new projects and oversee cross-functional execution Improve and maintain CRM and ERP data accuracy and workflows Develop and track key commercial performance metrics Identify and support initiatives that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operational environment Strong organizational and critical thinking skills Comfort with CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus) and ERP systems This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company that offers up to $85,000 on a base + bonus.
