Position Summary
The Client Experience Manager (CEM) is a pivotal role at HighRadius, responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value for a portfolio of our most strategic customers. You will act as a trusted business advisor and functional expert, ensuring clients maximize their investment in the HighRadius platform to achieve desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Serve as primary business and functional point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of HighRadius's top-tier enterprise customers, building deep relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic Advisement: Leverage deep AR domain expertise to understand customer challenges and proactively recommend best practices, process improvements, and functional solutions within the HighRadius platform.
Value Realization: Conduct regular strategic business reviews to showcase value realized, analyze KPIs, and align with customer leadership on future goals and growth opportunities.
Consultative Engagement: Master active listening and insightful questions to uncover underlying business needs, potential risks, and opportunities for deeper platform adoption.
Advocacy & De-escalation: Navigate complex customer situations with poise, acting as the customer's advocate within HighRadius and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution of functional inquiries and challenges.
Requirements
5+ years progressive experience within Accounts Receivable; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Deep knowledge of AR and broader O2C cycle; experience in credit management, collections strategy, cash application, or deductions management is a significant advantage.
Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation skills; ability to build executive rapport and articulate complex concepts clearly.
Thrives under high-pressure situations with calm, methodical approach to managing objections.
Systems & technology fluency: Comfortable navigating enterprise systems and discussing business implications; experience with HighRadius products or major ERPs desired.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
