Overview
Business Development Representative – Home Health at Qualicare SF Bay Area. This role is based in the San Ramon/East Bay area and focuses on community outreach, building referral networks, and expanding access to trusted home care services. The position emphasizes relationship-building with healthcare professionals and organizations to support growth in the Bay Area. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers. Represent Qualicare at community events, health fairs, professional mixers, and networking functions. Conduct outreach visits and deliver educational presentations to promote Qualicare’s services and generate referrals. Track referral activity and market trends to support sales strategy and territory growth. Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of business development, sales, or customer-facing experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or a related healthcare industry (healthcare exposure strongly preferred). Familiarity with the East Bay/San Ramon market and ability to build a local referral network. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and contribute to census growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals, clients, and community partners. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities across a territory. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel within the assigned region. Compensation & Benefits
