Regulatory Compliance: Understands and influences the implementation of all plant, company and government standards for Food Safety, HACCP, GMPs and FSMA initiatives. Documentation / Communication: Lead, implement, monitor and control the Document Control programs to meet the requirements of the 26 Global Quality Standards, cGMP, Food Safety / Preventive Controls Program, Pre-requisite Programs and FSMA requirements. Standardization and Training: Deliver Hill’s quality training of SOPs and Quality Standards, ensure proper implementation to plant personnel; ensure the Validation and Calibration Programs and associated protocols comply with regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Lead the site in internal audits, Management of Change, CAPA, and Non-conformance programs to improve Food Safety and cGMP compliance. Product Release: Supervise product release processes to ensure all documents related to production meet finished product release criteria and cGMP/Food Safety compliance prior to release. Audit & CAPA: Manage internal and external audit programs, KPI communication, Forward Action Plan tracking, and ensure follow-up and closure of audit findings in line with Quality Standards and regulations. Change and Calibration: Oversee internal MOC processes and ensure calibration programs are executed in a timely manner. Qualifications
Basic requirements
BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Science or other related technical field. 5+ years manufacturing experience in a Food or Drug / GMP environment. 3+ years in a Quality-related field. Knowledge of FDA regulations. Experience in managing regulatory inspections. Preferred qualifications
2+ years supervisory experience. Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, FSMA, Statistical Process Controls. Knowledge of Colgate Quality standards and Systems. Certification in HACCP or Food Defense. Certified Auditor. SAP experience. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, 401(k) with company matching contributions (eligibility requirements apply). Includes a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is location- and role-dependent in accordance with local laws. Details provided upon hiring.
