These managers keep our centers operating efficiently, leading a team of mechanics responsible for the center’s pinsetters, scoring machines, lanes, and equipment. They handle maintenance, repairs, and support the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
You’ll manage the center’s day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, ensuring smooth running of the facility.
In conjunction with the General Manager, you’ll help recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics and supervise them daily.
Provide training and instruction in equipment operation, safety procedures, and preventative maintenance.
Ensure compliance with laws and policies, monitor machine stop records, and schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, and life/safety systems.
Assist in budgeting for repairs and upgrades; obtain bids and suggest cost‑effective improvements.
Be available for varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.

5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience

The pay range for this position is $26hr to $30hr.
