Senior Project Manager-USVI/J. Benton/Consigli

Lead and communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors to align with the Project Schedule. Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors. Administer all financial aspects of the project, including management of Owner’s contract term and subcontracts. Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members. Manage multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and type. Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule. Mentor staff and conduct formal evaluations; oversee training and professional development plans. Develop relationships with new clients to generate opportunities; participate in business development activities. Lead development and management of optimal project profit opportunities, including self-perform trades. Participate in corporate and Project Management Department operations initiatives. Preconstruction Responsibilities

Support estimating during proposal and preconstruction; perform constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates. Review prime contracts and provide comments to ensure contractual conditions are included in subcontract bidding documents. Develop contract schedule with the Superintendent and collaborate with Purchasing during procurement/buy-out. Identify, manage, and report project risks throughout the life cycle. Develop conversion action plans to push projects from preconstruction to construction; develop project financial plans with the Project Executive and oversee initial budget development and setup. Project Management Responsibilities

Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and subcontractor meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes. Maintain project logs (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.). Coordinate with Project Scheduler to update and distribute the master schedule with input from the team. Manage cost reporting, forecasting, budget, and change management; oversee project reporting activities. Assist in resolving critical issues with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule; manage invoice and subcontractor requisitions; oversee cash flow reporting. Required Skills & Abilities

Demonstrates leadership aligned with Consigli’s culture of Raving Fans. Excellent business judgment and relationship-building with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors. Develop and utilize business development skills alongside project management responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with knowledge of contract and legal provisions. Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities; strong sense of urgency and initiative. Strong problem-solving ability and decisive action. Team leadership with diplomacy and effective conflict resolution; ability to mentor team members. Understand corporate profit models and identify opportunities to optimize margins. Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred. 10-15 years of construction industry experience in Project Management or similar role. OSH 10 and OSHA-30 preferred. Proficiency with cost management (Timberline, Sage), scheduling (Primavera P6), and construction management software (Procore). Knowledge of PM, APM, PE, Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent responsibilities. Equal Opportunity Employer
