Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Joint Operations Analyst to support evaluation and integration of maritime and surface warfare concepts. The role involves collaboration with joint and multinational stakeholders to enhance operational readiness in contested environments. Required Qualifications

Expertise in surface warfare, combat systems, and weapons employment Strong understanding of surface vessel capabilities and tactical employment Knowledge of A2/AD threats, Joint Force operations, and CCMD operational planning Familiarity with logistics planning and sustainment in joint environments Knowledge of electronic warfare (EW) operations, capabilities, and limitations Understanding of electromagnetic spectrum concepts, EMS technologies, and aircraft EW detection and countermeasures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) or Joint Operations Center (JOC) in support of a Combatant Command Experience with RF measurement tools and systems Previous involvement in joint or operational test and evaluation efforts Equal Opportunity Statement
