Product Management Lead – Product Management – Epsilon – Full-Time – San Francisco Bay
Join Epsilon’s data‑driven marketing team as Product Management Lead.
Overview Epsilon is looking for a self‑motivated Product Manager to help lead the development of our Compiled Consumer Data product line. This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, driving profitability, innovation, and market impact across a diverse set of industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, CPG, Health, Travel & Entertainment, and Automotive.
What You’ll Do
Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, enhancing existing data installation offerings and launching new data‑driven solutions
Lead market research through customer visits and account team engagement to identify emerging needs and opportunities
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Data Acquisition to align product vision with execution
Define product requirements and release plans in partnership with technical teams
Craft compelling positioning and sales enablement tools to support every stage of the customer journey
Drive go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring seamless coordination across departments
Champion innovation, identifying new data sources and delivery mechanisms to expand our product footprint
Serve as product evangelist, building excitement and trust with internal teams and external clients
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of the compiled data installation product line — from strategic planning to tactical execution
Specify market requirements for current and future products through research and direct customer engagement
Translate market needs into actionable plans for Engineering and Marketing teams
Develop and maintain a company‑wide go‑to‑market strategy
Partner with Marketing to create impactful positioning, collateral, and training tools
Collaborate with the Data Acquisition team to identify new data opportunities, evaluate sources, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Data‑Driven Marketing; compiled consumer data expertise is a strong plus
Exceptional project leadership with a results‑driven approach from start to finish
Proven ability to write clear market and product implementation requirements
Experience developing sales collateral and product positioning tools
Technologically fluent, with a knack for bridging business and technical domains
BS/BA degree or higher
Travel to customers and non‑customer sites in North America may be required
Compensation Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable laws.
