We are seeking an Evaluation Coordinator to support the new Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework that flows from IA’s logic model. The Evaluation Coordinator will centrally manage information regarding how Interfaith America tracks organization-level impact indicators and share relevant information on data and tracking as requested.
Responsibilities
Work with the Director of Evaluation to develop surveys, data collection tools, and evaluation instruments to support organizational monitoring and assessment efforts Collaborate with the Program Operations team to integrate MEL tasks into existing workflows and ensure completion during routine program checkpoints Partner with the Data Governance team to maintain data quality standards and manage automated flows between the survey platform and the client relationship management platform for institutional tracking Data Collection and Systems Management
Support cross-program data analysis to identify patterns and organizational learning opportunities across campus, civic, and workplace contexts Create and format presentations, reports, and dashboard materials in PowerPoint and Tableau that synthesize evaluation findings Assist with documentation of institutional progress stories and exemplar development case studies for internal learning and external accountability Administration and Coordination
Manage evaluation workflows and deadlines in Asana, schedule meetings with institutional partners and program teams Support training delivery for program staff on data collection methods and facilitate quarterly cross-program learning sessions Provide administrative support to the Director of Evaluation including travel coordination, meeting logistics, meeting notes, and project management tasks Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of experience Ability to balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects from multiple stakeholders Experience with survey platforms like Alchemer and Qualtrics Experience with data collection methods and basic data analysis Familiarity with data management systems and maintaining data quality standards Collaborative nature; flexibility and agility in problem-solving Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Strong attention to detail Strong project management and organizational skills Strong competence in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (not Required)
