Conduct market research and client interviews to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy
Develop and validate business cases for new offerings or feature enhancements
Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and client feedback
Collaborate with Sales, Client Alignment, and Marketing teams to develop value propositions and go-to-market plans
Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to guide iteration and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of product strategy, solution management, or market development experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management
Strong understanding of provider-side RCM workflows, clearinghouse functions, and transaction standards (837, 835, 270/271)
Proven ability to identify market needs, shape strategy, and support product launches with measurable business impact
Strong communication and analytical skills; able to translate complex challenges into actionable product plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
Proven track record of successful product launches in the healthcare sector
