Responsibilities

Proactively coach and advise customers to optimize performance on the employer's platform

Create and implement success plans tailored to each customer's business goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and decision-makers

Analyze performance data to provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to clients

Drive issue resolution and enhance customer experience through effective communication and project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

5–10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or revenue cycle consulting

Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations and workflows

Experience with healthcare technology platforms such as athenahealth, EPIC, or Cerner

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Specialty knowledge in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, or Women's Health

Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Experience in executive-level communication and relationship management
