ProBio provides end-to-end CDMO services from drug discovery to commercialization with a focus on cell and gene therapy, vaccines, biologics discovery, and antibody protein drugs. Role Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract and PO execution, and invoice coordination for timely payments across services, CapEx, and construction categories. Responsible for vendor onboarding, material code creation, contract management, and compliance with company policies. Able to negotiate pricing and long-term agreements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and meet KPIs related to cost, service levels, and payment timelines. Serves as a liaison between vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, and supports procurement training and cross-functional collaboration. Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000, based on experience. Job Responsibilities
Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract and PO review/execution, acceptance processes, and invoice coordination to ensure timely payments for services, CapEx, and construction. Conduct sourcing based on end-user requests, prepare side-by-side pricing comparisons, and complete RFx activities in the procurement system in compliance with policies. Be accountable for KPIs related to cost savings, service levels, and on-time payment SLAs. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, contracts, and long-term supplier agreements to drive value. Identify cost-saving opportunities through pricing comparisons, package negotiations, and demand consolidation. Coordinate with end users to complete the acceptance process and ensure payments are processed on time per agreed terms. Responsible for new material code creation, vendor onboarding, contract reviews in the CMS, and initiating/completing the acceptance process. Serve as primary contact for vendors and the internal Legal team, reviewing agreements, proposals, and SOWs to ensure alignment with legal requirements and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide procurement support and best practices. Lead procurement process trainings for end users as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field 1-3 years of experience in procurement, with focus on services and CapEx Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Project management skills; experience in procurement for construction projects is a plus Ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities Equal Opportunity
