The Mohegan Tribe Location: New London County, CT Application window and posting details are provided by the employer. This role focuses on compliance with Federal gaming regulations, including Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR). Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring that all Anti Money Laundering/Title 31 compliance issues are addressed in a timely manner; maintain knowledge of current Title 31 compliance rules and practices. Serve as a resource for casino departments in addressing Title 31 and compliance issues. Manage daily Currency Transaction Audit and ensure all Currency Transaction Reports by Casinos (CTRC) are completed and received by the IRS in accordance with Federal regulations. Maintain tracking of CTR and SAR filings for analytics. Manage CTR filing application and troubleshoot issues. Assist Senior Compliance Analyst with analytic reporting to identify Title 31 defined suspicious activities; complete filings and submit to the IRS. Maintain BSA Training program application and tracking. Assist with special projects and the annual audit; provide support to the Compliance Manager and Compliance Senior Analyst as needed. Maintain the BSA documentation matrix for analytics and policies. Maintain and update Standards of Operations of Management Grid to track changes. Demonstrate working knowledge of Minimum Internal Controls and gaming issues in a casino environment. Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act and SAR requirements. Maintain solid organizational and strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and writing skills in procedural or compliance contexts; strong oral and interpersonal skills. Possess proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills; ability to work independently. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management, or related field and one (1) year of experience in internal controls, compliance, accounting, or related business areas. ~OR~ Associate degree in a business field and three (3) years of experience in internal controls, compliance, Title 31 program, accounting, or related business areas. ~OR~ High School Diploma and five (5) years of experience in internal controls, compliance, Title 31 program, accounting, or related business areas. ~AND~ No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude or issues of integrity.
