Lead Scheduling Coordinator – Inspections Oliver Fire Protection and Security is a successful, diversified, family-owned business serving the fire protection community since 1957. Our sprinkler inspections division is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator.

Location: King of Prussia, PA; Wayne, PA; Plymouth Meeting, PA; Radnor, PA; Bala-Cynwyd, PA

Responsibilities

Daily scheduling of bargaining and non-bargaining inspectors for fire sprinkler and fire alarms.

Backfill unplanned vacancies or cancellations to ensure inspector schedules are full.

Provide excellent customer service to a large client base.

Communicate effectively via email and phone with customers and coworkers.

Problem solve daily challenges quickly and effectively.

Order required equipment delivery and returns for field personnel.

Lead the team of (2-3) Schedulers to deliver highly accurate schedules for inspectors.

Assist with the upkeep of the Oliver fleet.

Cross-train with other administrative responsibilities within the inspections department.

Education and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors’ degree preferred.

2 years of customer service or scheduling experience preferred.

Proficient with MS Office software.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent phone and email skills.

Excellent verbal communication.
