Pool Operations Supervisor
to oversee our three pools: a family pool, an adult-only pool, and a private club pool. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Pools & Restaurants, you will lead the recreation operation with passion and creativity, ensuring five-star service. Responsibilities
Ensure the pool operation meets guest needs, employee satisfaction, and financial targets. Resolve guest complaints related to the pool area. Deliver exceptional service, maintain equipment, cleanliness, and proper service standards. Be highly visible, recognize staff, promote good public relations, and attend to guest requests. Provide personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate special events and activities. Train staff on safety, customer service, and operational procedures. Monitor revenue from poolside services and identify growth opportunities. Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all pool areas. Coordinate with facilities management for structural or mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and incidents. Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory/managerial role in luxury hospitality, with pool operations preferred. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of pool maintenance, safety regulations, and industry trends. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits
