Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center (DVSC) is expanding its North Dallas location and is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Client Service Lead to join a team-focused environment and deliver top-tier patient care while providing exceptional client service. DVSC has been a trusted surgical resource for veterinarians in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for over 30 years, offering advanced diagnostics and surgical treatments for dogs and cats, including neurologic, orthopedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive procedures. Compensation: $24-$28 hourly, based on experience Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts per week (exact days/times TBD) What You'll Do

Lead a team of client service representatives and technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations. Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and support staff; strive to exceed client expectations through professionalism, empathy, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Surgical Operations Manager to ensure efficient operations at each DVSC location. Oversee daily functions of Client Services staff, manage schedules and PTO/call-outs, and provide hands-on support as needed. Responsibilities

Operational Management: oversee workflows and team performance; manage staff coverage and PTO; support operations as necessary. Leadership & Performance Management: conduct performance reviews; develop and refine client service policies; enforce DVSC and Ethos policies; lead team recognition efforts; provide coaching and professional development; work with HR on performance issues. Training & Client Relations: oversee onboarding of new Client Service staff; address client service concerns; resolve client complaints; mediate conflicts and administer disciplinary actions when required. Financial Responsibilities: process client refunds; reconcile location credit card receipts; ensure End of Day closeout by 9:00 AM next business day; oversee open invoices to close by month-end. What We're Looking For

Exceptional first impressions and outstanding communication/customer service skills to value and support clients and referring veterinarians. Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment; ability to navigate unanticipated tasks. Commitment to customer service excellence and building positive client relationships. Team-oriented with flexibility; ability to adapt to evolving protocols. Fluent English (speaking & reading) required; multilingualism a plus. Benefits
