Overview Power Graduate – Power Rotational Graduate program at TotalEnergies. As a recent graduate, you will rotate through three year‑long assignments across North America, gaining exposure to distributed generation, solar, batteries, gas turbines, project origination, financing, asset operations, performance, and power market analysis and trading. Rotations will be based in Boston, Austin, or Houston and may require relocation.

Responsibilities

Work on engineering, construction, operations & maintenance, asset management, and project finance & modelling for renewable assets and flexible power generation.

Participate in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) origination and power market analysis for Flexible Power Integration and Power Trading.

Build a foundation to become future power energy leaders through structured feedback, mentoring, and on‑the‑job learning.

Explore assignment preferences and learn about TotalEnergies’ projects and activities across the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, or business by June 30, 2026. Graduation must occur prior to July 1, 2026.

Optional minor in Finance or Economics.

Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for power and the desire to be part of the energy transformation.

Some experience in renewable energy or power market analysis is a plus.

Strong reasoning, problem‑solving, and organization skills; high attention to detail.

Curious, open‑minded, proactive; adaptable to changing environments and able to prioritize tasks.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse cross‑cultural teams.

Willingness to spend time in the field and to relocate within the U.S. for the duration of the program (Boston, Houston, Austin).
