Member Engagement Facilitator
Looking for a part-time job that allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of children? Girl Scouts of Eastern IA and Western IL is seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Member Engagement Facilitators.
Position covers the Quad Cities area and is perfect for anyone looking for an exciting part-time role with daytime availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Pay rate of
$15.00
per hour,
10 hours per week .
Deliver the empowering Girl Scout program to youth members at local schools and in partnership with other youth-serving organizations.
Contribute to and implement plans to serve youth that face barriers to participating in volunteer-led troops.
Use self-management and confidence to deliver the program independently.
Apply active listening skills to work closely with youth members and their families to understand needs and interests.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders using excellent oral and written skills.
At least 18 years old.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Experience working with youth preferred but not mandatory.
