The Project Superintendent oversees profitable installation of project work directly and through subordinate Superintendents, directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. Responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. Maintain high level client relationships through professional conduct. Plan work, coordinate and execute work, oversee and direct staff, promote client and industry relations, ensure a safe work environment, and participate in training/certifications. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Line & Grade experience Foreman experience In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems May require appropriate Craft Certifications About Baker Construction and Equal Opportunity
