Join our established and well-known commercial concrete cutting and demolition company. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Estimator/Project Manager. Position Summary

The Estimator/Project Manager will be a self-motivated “go-getter” with drive, ambition, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. They must have sales/estimator experience within the construction industry. This is an outside sales role that creates new opportunities for the company. Following the sale, you will continue to maintain your relationship with the customer by providing all necessary submittals and change orders for any changes in scope. After the sale, you will continue to work with project managers and field superintendents to see the project through completion and invoicing. What We’re Looking for

Proven experience in estimating and project management within the concrete cutting or demolition industry. A dedicated, honest, and persistent individual with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be comfortable giving presentations to clients. Ability to work independently, manage projects from start to finish, and work effectively as part of a team. A clean DMV record

is a must. Responsibilities for Outside Sales Professional / Estimator

Responsible for making new and routine sales calls to project managers and superintendents, engineers, or other professionals, to create new business opportunities. Build and maintain a client base by going to job sites and informing them of what the company has to offer. Assist in measuring, formulating, and estimating the cost and profitability of a project; present cost estimates to upper management as needed. Ability to understand blueprint drawings and project requirements. Ensure scheduling is in place during project setup and obtain all change orders as needed as the project proceeds to completion. Provide the breakdown, measurements, and quotes to the invoicing team to ensure timely billing. Communicate directly with clients on challenging projects and provide recommendations for timely completion. What We Offer
