Project Management: Create and manage budgets; communicate effectively with all team members, including subcontractors and clients; ensure delivery and contract requirements are met; develop and review SOW through site visits, existing conditions, and client needs; negotiate with client and subcontractors as needed; coordinate project close-out, assist in pre-final inspections and As-Built drawings. Estimating: Prepare estimates based on technical specifications, SOW, and drawings; perform quantity take-offs; enter line items into estimating software using unit price books; develop pricing for non-scheduled line items. Subcontractor Management: Solicit proposals from multiple vendors/subcontractors; evaluate proposals for SOW compliance; negotiate subcontractor agreements; coordinate buyout, site visits, and tracking of proposals. Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents for use by customers and subcontractors. Business Development: Engage with new and existing customers to discuss needs, propose solutions, and support framework agreements to grow business and retention. Safety: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality guidelines and applicable local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.). Site Travel: Drive between project sites as needed; occasional travel may be required. Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor. Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously. Proficient in producing detailed fixed-price estimates; ability to use RS Means or other published price books for detailed line-item estimates. Effective negotiating skills; strong resource management including operations support staff, vendors, subcontractors, and time. Strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrate integrity, collaborate in a diverse team, and communicate clearly in verbal and written form; familiarity with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam. Mentor and train assistant-level operations team members. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field desired but not required. Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $68,052.00 - $156,330.00, depending on experience, certifications, education, and business needs. Geographic differentials may apply. Work Environment and Benefits
