NOC Lead

CACI International Inc Join to apply for the NOC Lead role at CACI International Inc. This position is full-time and located in Rockville, MD or Ashburn, VA, with up to 10% travel. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required. Anticipated posting end: ongoing (applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis). Responsibilities
Lead a team of NOC engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and development. Oversee daily operations of the NOC, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management. Ensure continuous monitoring of network devices, systems, and applications to detect issues proactively and respond to critical events. Lead the team in responding to network incidents, manage escalation procedures, ensure timely resolution, and notify stakeholders. Work closely with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve network infrastructure. Generate and analyze performance reports and incident metrics for senior management and other stakeholders. Create and continually evaluate and improve NOC procedures, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to NOC team members. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Qualifications
TS/SCI with Poly required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and security concepts Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a 24/7 environment Desired

The Proposed Salary Range: $105,100 - $231,100. Final pay is influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications.
