Build Merchant Intelligence & Enablement capabilities, including performance dashboards, actionable insights, predictive demand signals, and reporting that empowers both merchants and our partnerships team. Define clear metrics tied to incremental GMV, merchant ROI, and retention; prioritize initiatives based on their impact on merchant trust and long-term supply health. What We Look For Merchant-first mindset: You deeply understand merchant goals (incremental revenue, ROI, scalability) and design solutions that map back to them. Strategic execution: Experience creating clarity in ambiguous spaces, building 0→1 products, and scaling mature systems. Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence and align with engineering, data science, partnerships, PMM and design. End-to-end product ownership: Track record of shipping complex products with measurable impact on revenue or growth. Autonomy: Comfortable driving initiatives independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, ads, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystems.
