Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Brose Sitech

Brose Sitech has been a driving force in the development and production of complete seat systems, seat frames, and interior solutions since the founding of our joint venture in 2021. Following the acquisition of a major contract, we are preparing to expand into the US market. This marks a pivotal moment in our company’s growth — offering exceptional opportunities for individuals eager to contribute from the ground up through to the start of production in 2028. Your tasks include: responsibility for supplier development of all components for car seats in order to deliver parts according to specifications and timeline, execution of a qualification program for new parts (maturity level assurance), process owner for the execution of initial sampling, control of the assembly trials and preparation of the required documentation, Independent Process Approval of Technically Complex Components and Assemblies for Part Release, carrying out process approvals in accordance with VDA 6.3, including approval for series production, responsibility for supplier evaluation. Your Profile should include: strong analytical skills and a systemic way of working in car seating interiors, experience in project management, strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers, knowledge of processing IMDS data, experience of processing, tracking and recourse for supplier defects, flexibility and commitment, experience in teamwork across different time zones, experience in Support and processing of field complaints, Process auditor (VDA Band. 6.3), expertise in Initial sampling (VDA Bd. 2/PPF), knowledge of advance quality planning (VDA RGA + IATF Core Tool/APQP).
