Early Careers: Actuarial Sophomore Mentor Program at Aon. This virtual program connects college sophomores with an actuarial advisor to learn more about a consulting career from one of our solutions teams in Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance and to practice real‑world scenarios during the discovery program. This mentorship opportunity is designed for sophomores and serves as a direct pipeline to our Summer 2027 Actuarial Intern opportunities. Program Details
Program Dates: January 2026 - April 2026 Recruitment Window: Application Deadline – November 1, 2025; Review Process – November to December 2025; Program Acceptance – December 2025 to January 2026. Eligibility and Qualifications
Current sophomores, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 GPA 3.0 or above Education: Preferred majors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; all majors welcome to apply What We Look For
