Babcock Power . Position Summary: The Sr. Project Manager is a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) that enables TEi to meet contractual obligations and achieve financial forecasts. This role coordinates the efforts of all members within the organization to ensure successful execution and completion of projects. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, leads by example, and brings commitment and drive to the workplace. Responsibilities
Provide leadership across TEi, its vendors, and its subcontractors to lead the Project Team to successful project completion. Ensure TEi achieves the commercial obligations within the contract. Keep the organization on track to the baseline schedule. Prepare and present a trued-up budget each month to C-level Management. Identify and mitigate project risk. Provide periodic progress reporting and project status to TEi stakeholders and the client. Serve as the primary interface between TEi and the customer. Manage the change order process to confirm scope changes and drive revenue. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred) MBA preferred 5+ years of professional experience 5+ years in a manufacturing environment 5+ years in a PM role leading all aspects of projects (not just coordinating) 3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera Industry experience with focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred PMP preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Knowledge of and training on corporate change management process Details
