We aim to deliver high-quality HTML5-powered games with sophisticated metagames and social mechanics across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our Live Service team in North America. You will work with internal stakeholders across disciplines to deliver against the Live Service roadmap, gain a deep understanding of Pogo players and business objectives, and plan, prioritize, and deliver the right content to players. You will be accountable for the performance of the Live Service content roadmap.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

Product Strategy & Business Planning: Support development and execution of the Live Service and New Game Product roadmap, setting measurable goals and KPI targets. Build economic models and champion sustainability for long-term acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Data-Driven Execution: Define, monitor, and manage KPIs for Pogo’s Live Service and New Games. Design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and run tactical initiatives to optimize the business and player experience. Lead frequent live service reviews to inform studio leadership and guide prioritization.

Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and outcomes for new features. Lead data-informed discussions about pivots and next steps for the product, turning performance data into a clear roadmap narrative.

Player & Market Expertise: Be the voice of the player and the business. Develop understanding of player motivations, competitive titles, and market trends. Surface competitive wins through teardowns and partner with Community and Design leads to act on player feedback.

Distributed Collaboration: Work with a globally distributed, cross-disciplinary team to achieve consensus and ensure execution on business goals.

Qualifications (What You Know How To Do)

3+ years of experience in Product Management within the game industry

Ability to translate business objectives into product priorities and write clear, actionable feature specifications

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience using data and A/B testing to guide product direction

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas and influence diverse audiences

Collaborative mindset with a track record of building consensus and delivering results in a globally distributed team

Experience conducting competitive analysis and product teardowns

Understanding of the casual games space, including player motivations and market trends

Creative, adaptive approach to turning business needs into testable hypotheses and data-driven decisions

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment across multiple time zones

Nice To Have

Past game development experience with concepting, development, and Live Service support

Experience working on web or e-commerce products

Familiarity with data tools like SQL / Python

Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.

PAY RANGES

British Columbia (depending on location, e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria) $111,600 - $152,800 CAD
