Responsibilities
Develop non-league schedule and conduct daily practices.
Manage equipment and travel with the team to away games.
Develop positive relationships with parents and players; attend league meetings.
Plan end-of-season awards and recognition events.
Provide oversight and responsibility for the entire Water Polo Boys program (all levels).
Qualifications
Experience in Water Polo and coaching, with a track record of working with high school student-athletes.
Commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field.
Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, NFHS Concussion in Sports, NFHS Heat and Illness prevention, and all Napa Valley Unified School District HR required documents.
The season begins in August and runs through November, with some off-season activities expected.
District stipend is described as provided at the end of the season.
