Overview

KIRCO MANIX is seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations from pre-construction through project completion. Based in the field, this role acts as the primary representative of KIRCO MANIX Construction, overseeing daily site activity, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and upholding quality and safety standards. The Project Superintendent coordinates with owners, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure a seamless construction process and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities

During the pre-construction phase: work with the Project Manager and Owner to conduct due diligence, support design development, assist with permitting, contribute to estimating, and help develop the master schedule and general conditions budget. During the construction phase: take ownership of all field operations, including managing submittals, RFIs, draw requests, safety procedures, punch lists, and closeout activities. Oversee daily logs, progress photos, and field directives using Procore; ensure quality control and safety standards are consistently met. Qualifications

15–20 years of experience in commercial construction, including site development and the construction of office, retail, and light industrial spaces. A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred, though extensive hands-on experience will be considered. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software is essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, collaborative leadership, problem-solving mindset, and understanding of construction processes, lead times, and budget control.
