Skilled and driven Test Engineering Project Manager to lead the development and integration of a cutting-edge dyno test cell supporting propulsion systems. This individual will oversee all technical and project management aspects of the facility, from concept through commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in engine dyno testing, control systems, and test cell integration, along with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage complex, expedited project schedules. Responsibilities

Lead the design, integration, and commissioning of engine dynamometer test cells and support systems Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in line with program goals and aggressive timelines Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of capital test equipment, ensuring technical requirements and safety standards are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, facilities, safety, contractors) to ensure successful facility integration and compliance with municipal codes and safety regulations Integrate data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and control system configuration for accurate and reliable performance measurements Drive risk mitigation strategies and maintain project momentum despite evolving requirements or constraints Required Experience and Skills

Proven experience with dynamometer testing and control systems with integration of custom airflow, fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems Familiarity with testing and handling of multiple fuel types, including integration with test cell & facility infrastructure Proficiency with data acquisition systems, sensors, and instrumentation applications for high-fidelity test environments Demonstrated project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination Experience working under expedited schedules and fast-paced development environments Hands-on experience with commissioning of test equipment and systems in a lab environment Understanding of facility planning, construction coordination, and compliance with safety and municipal codes Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Legal and Privacy
